As a result, we may find ourselves feeling depressed, having anxiety, having negative thoughts, or feeling hopeless. some times these circumstances are out of our control and what can help us is having some understanding, but we don't know where to start. The services we are offer can give you a starting point and can help you to build the clarity you may need and gain the understanding that can help.
Psychosocial Rehabilitation - program intended to assist adults struggling with severe and persistent mental illnesses, such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, as well as some anxiety and major depressive disorders. We assist these individuals to gain or regain their ability to function independently in society by teaching skills to become more empowered and to break through the barriers that have stunted their ability to function.
